Fearless by Max Lucado

This book was very good about revealing the fear's in our lives that will deal with or don't deal with daily. I really like how everything he talked about on fear's always turned us back to God's comfort and his resilient pursuit of God's wisdom of not being afraid. I loved the snippets and insights into the real life stories of people who have succeeded through their own fear's and life difficulties. We as Christians could learn a lot when it comes to not living in fear, for as Max said we can live on the block with bullies and not be afraid, because we have a big brother who will protect us.

The reality is that we can live life without the fear of everyday life. If we live out of fear of everything going bad we will never really live. Because when we live out of fear we will not try or risk anything to succeed. Nothing ventured, Nothing gained.... I liked the stats on how much we hear, read, and see on the news or paper, how much the media uses (at risk) no wonder we live in a country were people are afraid of everything. From what we eat to what we drive, fear controls every aspect of our lives, good or bad.

I think if we would face the reality that life has difficulties and troubles without fearing them, we could come to understand better the things Jesus told us about not fearing, that he is always with us, even to the very end....
