Where do I start? Two weeks ago the church received a check from a local car dealership for us to use in any part of ministry that we felt needed it. Thank You Jesus! I do not even know anyone who works there, no one from the church works there, no one from the church has even bought a car there!! I asked one of the deacons if this had happened before and he said not to my knowledge. Then the next week we had RC from Springfield, MO come and bring us a ton of free food for us to use in our monthly food distribution. PRAISE GOD!! You see we try and help the needy in our town with free groceries once a month, and this well help tremondouisly it that ministry. Also last Saturday at the auction, that the youth do the concession stand at, a gentleman came up to Gwen and said he buys out closing stores in the area and would like to help us with the food we need to do our free food distribution........R U Kidding Me!!!!
Then, I and the church have been praying for my mom, who has been told she needed open heart surgery, said that last Sunday that she felt like God had healed her and she said she feels better than ever before. PRAISE GOD!! Then just last night I had a guy in my church ask me if I would like to HAVE his truck???? I thought are you serious, people still do that these days, I said of course I would love to have it. He said well let me get new tires on it and we will get it done!!!
How and the world can us as Christians say God does not take care of his people and his church?? U see I truly believe you reap what you sow. I pray that God will use this to show our church family that their giving and time are not in vain!!!!!!! He will bless those who are a blessing to others. Amen
Blessings of God

Fearless by Max Lucado
This book was very good about revealing the fear's in our lives that will deal with or don't deal with daily. I really like how everything he talked about on fear's always turned us back to God's comfort and his resilient pursuit of God's wisdom of not being afraid. I loved the snippets and insights into the real life stories of people who have succeeded through their own fear's and life difficulties. We as Christians could learn a lot when it comes to not living in fear, for as Max said we can live on the block with bullies and not be afraid, because we have a big brother who will protect us.
The reality is that we can live life without the fear of everyday life. If we live out of fear of everything going bad we will never really live. Because when we live out of fear we will not try or risk anything to succeed. Nothing ventured, Nothing gained.... I liked the stats on how much we hear, read, and see on the news or paper, how much the media uses (at risk) no wonder we live in a country were people are afraid of everything. From what we eat to what we drive, fear controls every aspect of our lives, good or bad.
I think if we would face the reality that life has difficulties and troubles without fearing them, we could come to understand better the things Jesus told us about not fearing, that he is always with us, even to the very end....
